Our challenge is to provide clarity and confidence. With no unified voice or formal recycling system, it is confusing for businesses and individuals to know how to do the right thing. Many do not trust the process and as a result do nothing. We hope our platform will help you navigate your options with confidence.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to share knowledge on how to reduce and recycle effectively in Paraguay. We provide resources and link individuals with local enterprises and initiatives that promote circular economies and sustainable practices. Our goal is to reduce unnecessary trash escaping into the environment whilst allowing the informal recycling system to be more effective and profitable.
ABOUT OUR LOGO
With South America’s second largest river network, and some of the highest levels of rainfall, water is at the heartbeat of the Paraguayan national identity. Paraguay Sin Basura’s logo adopts a blue line representative of the Paraguay and Parana rivers. These rivers flow out to the Atlantic ocean. We hope our logo reminds and inspires people to protect Paraguay’s natural beauty and heritage for future generations to enjoy.
